Lol. I never heard any person sounding southern or Canadian in Philly unless they were from either of those places. "Fahr, Ahrish, ahl, and Togger Woods" that's beyond exaggeration here. ROFL lived in Philly my whole life never heard any Irish, Polish, Italian, Jewish, African-American, Jamaican, Hispanic American, Filipino, or Indian talking this way in Philly rolling on the floor.
