Not one of those bills ever turned up in circulation and some were even found partially burried near a river. SHE IS TELLING THE TRUTH.. I bet this puts an end to the whole thing ! I think this was a family secret that was kept quiet to keep the family out of prison. This is a huge break in the case . One I knew was going to happen some day ! I knew that more than just Dan Cooper knew about the plans to high jack the plane . I think the family secret has spilled out with this lady comeing forward ! she is for real just wait and see....

This was a good laugh.
Let me just ruin the fantasy with reality.
First, the man who committed the crime identified himself as "Dan" Cooper not DB Cooper-that was a mix-up on the part of a wire service reporter.
Second, Even the dumbest rookie criminals use aliases. Would a man named LD Cooper give out his last name but make up first name to the ticket agent? Why not simply invent a name to give the agent?
Finally, this woman's descriptions are pure cornball Hollywoodish dialogue.

It makes me laugh that you said it makes you laugh like you know all about it but didn't even know that. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

Just go to other other youtube videos and you can see Dan Cooper written on the actual ticket carbon not DB Cooper.
Try doing some basic research on the case-DB Cooper was what a wire service reporter wrote in the story-its also what the Feds wanted put out there so that they can try to find the guy.
You dont know anything about this case-its obvious. Trying reading SKYJACK and other materials before attempting to put out obvious lies here.

@MultiSmartass1 just seems a little to vivid! this was something she over heard and yet recalls nothing about the "accident" or than just that he got into a accident, I saw a woman kill her husband right in front of me when I was about 10, I could not give you one glue of what was said b4 during and after the shooting other than the memory of it other than the gun was a military 45 and my older friends brother tried to stop his mom by grabbing the gun!

Also,using your last name wouldnt make any rational sense unless it was something generic like Smith.
Cooper was an alias-simple as that.

@MultiSmartass1 one can never rule out arrogant's he could of just been that confident to only change his first name because this was the early 70's and investigating was nothing like today, "DB" was simply a typo made by a reporter that stuck, what bothers me is the constant smiling of Marla Cooper shows me that even she can't believe her own story! and here we are months later and nothing new has come up?

he had to have died from the jump out of the plane.........all the serial numbers on the bills were recorded by the FBI. Not one of those bills ever turned up in circulation and some were even found partially burried near a river. The only alternate ending to this tale would be that he jumped and lived....BUT....he dropped the money on the rough drop down into the woods and just could not go back and look for it due to all the athorities blanketing the area

@inkey2 if you had more knowledge you would know that the bills could indeed have slipped through undetected,many have done the same jump with the same chute and survived, I would give him about a %75 chance of making it and believe there will be about a %75 chance they will never find him, this is very similar to the escape from Alcatraz with Frank Morris and the Anglin brothers that continues to be unsolved..

@alumitech007 i agree with you in as much as things were far more primitive in the 1970s as far as no computers etc....but it's the "amount of the bills" that I just cant believe......10,000 bills........at least one would have been caught. And what about the money they did find very close to the surface near water. why leave any of it behind. I just do not think a man with a suite and tie jumping out of a plane, at night, in 70 below chill factor would have a good chance of living

@alumitech007 that is one of my alternate theories.....on the way down he ended up slamming into tops of trees, and getting separated from the money. Tree branches tearing at his clothing etc. And it was not like he could spend a lot of time looking for it. He could have been smart enough to realize that better to cut his losses and get out of there than to spend 25 years in prison
