As for argument below its up to her! She is more likely to be regarded Dutch (although we can half claim her us English.lol) I had a Anglo-Dutch friend that grew up in London he was more generally English he cheered England over Netherlands, but regarded himself part Dutch and wanted the Dutch to do well when England were not playing plus dated girls from there.
