10 years is to much depending how old this kid is. if the kid is only 10 years old then he should only get 5 years probation, but if he is like in his mid teens when he knows (or should know) better he would face three to five years of house arrest. even if he is in his mid teen's it's just video game's. thats about one kid in a million that plays with a mod.
