This concert was not in the original tour dates...She added it later as the first show of her tour on Feb 24...That's why you can't see it on some lists...These lists were just not updated...Still, if you check on wikipedia you can see the number of tickets sold and the gross revenue of the Nice show...

You have already mentioned the same thing in another Pink video. Frankly this show was conceived end of 2007 and put together around 2008 by Pink. Tour rehearsal started around November 2008. I dont know who T-Pain is . Britney was still rehearsing for her tour when Pink was already on tour, I dont know about Beyonce's tour.

The best place to stand is definitely at the end of the catwalk (where I was standing) because that's where she appears, and because she sings a few songs (Crystal Ball, Trouble, etc) on a stool at the very end of the catwalk...

So if you stand in front of the main stage you'll only see her back during these songs...
