You can. Plug the GC controller in, then unplug the nunchuk from the wiimote and it will work just as i you were playing the GC version (because the classic controller is supported too)

I'm not sure about the title but you can get it there at "gh(dot)ffshrine(dot)org(slash)soundtracks(slash)2484" (can't write the address properly cuz' youtube just won't take it). Look for track number 203 entitled "The story begins - The Ecliptic Express.mp3". It's just an audio rip from the intro though with voices and stuff.
i've never played the game (want to though) but i'm reading the book, Zero Hour by S. D. Perry and it's pretty cool, so thank you for posting the opening vid ^_^

No freakin' idea, but i think you can't. Besides, those who tried it said the wii controls were the best at this game.
