@trlkly But i don't think that you would find heavy cream and condensed milk without lactose. It'd be pretty rare. Plus I don't think it would be very sweet since lactose is a sugar.

quatro leche is a dessert made like tres leche but with the added ingredient: cajeta, which is a milk-based syrup. Not all tres leche has whipped cream but I don't know of a better topping.

faster way to make Dulce de Leche (which we Brazilians call Doce de Leite): Put a can of sweetened condensed milk in a pan with water (literally, place the can inside the water, don't dump the milk in the water) and cook until it becames doce de leite. The top will be smoother than the bottom, but that's not a bad thing, if you know what I mean. Best way to eat it? With CHEESEEE.

It indeed is Alton's daughter Zoey(sp?). Her classmates gave Alton the idea to name one disc of one Good Eats DVD set the title "Morning Munchables". She also is in the Honey and Avocado episodes.

It certainly was. Season 4 in fact. With that in mind she would be a bare minimum of 7 years old, most likely older, as she seemed about 2 or 3 at the time.
