I think it is hilarious that this clip was too important to have the source identified. By typing the statement into Google, I found it in the Internet Movie Data Base (IMDB.Com) as a "memorable quote" coming from Gosling's character, "Henry Letham," in the 1995 movie "Stay."

thanks alot for this one. I just LOVE this movie, saw it 3 times, and they all were as touching as the first time I saw it. Everytime I feel like quitting, I just remind these words, and then I realize that they are as real as it gets, there's just too much beauty to quit. Sometimes there's too much shit and it seems you can't see beyond it but, that's when you just gotta think of these words. God,I simply love this movie and I think Ryan Gosling did a great job, Thanks again for putting thisup
