Tetrach's are awesome :D just have to use them right. Keep them away from Ostwind's though, they make mince meat of all British light tanks. Panzer IV's are no problem though. Tetrach's are nice for chasing down weakened units when you don't want to put a firefly in danger of being lured, as they are very fast, and do good damage. Also good for spotting and a quick drive by of a base.
