my mare started acting just like that we took her to two chiropratcors they adjusted her and gave her acupuncture we took her off all speed events for nearly three months and know she is better then ever please consider that you horse might be in a lot of pain!!!!!!

that horse looks like a pain in the ass . i ride a horse like that for my nieghbors , and trust me . you dont want to be doing speed events on a bitchy horse like that .

i would kick her harder! a horse cant buck or kick if they are running..dont worry a way one of my horses gets home is buck rodeo bucking..thats why i have him :)

she is just a mare in heat, and i only spured her like that becuse she was doing the buck kick thingy very time she did it i spured her harder she was over untill now.

jabbing your spurs into her like that wont help when shes being moody or having to much fun and kicking up. It will only make Jaz mad and do it more. No horse wants to be Jabbed in the side...

I only do that when she does that stupid kick thing, it dosent hurt her she can barley feel it she is hard sider Im not hurting her or i wouldnt do it, I only has spurs on becuse i was using it with my other horse she only goes with a wip

i didnt see anything wrong with her spuring. some ppl just ride differently. but i can see what you mean... it looked intense.

nah my spurs aint sharp it dont hurt her if i ever want her to go really i have to use a wipe the people before me wore spurs that are really really sharp so she cant really even fell it, it sucks

I don't think it's because she can't feel them it's probably because she has learn to become less responsive to the spur than most horses because of the people who owned her before, have you tried standing her stif and just doing ling touches and giving her a flick with a whip when she doesn't listen? That could her to get a better response out of her when you do spur her.

Yea she really dont feel thim its just when i spur her towards the shoudler, i dont do this any more tho thank god, it dosent look right, and yea i have to use a whip for her to listin
