Baring in mind that the protoss player totally out resourced the zerg. The zerg only lost because they ran out of minerals, not because the protoss beat him honourably on the battlefield. The zerg held their own simply because he was able to mind control the protoss' elite units in each assault. When he would have otherwise been totally overrun by a far superior force. He was able to delay the inevitable, but the game was lost when he failed to expand.

The things that made BW so awesome were the balance and the epic micro that came out of it (plus lots of other stuff lol.) In all these battles I couldn't tell what the hell was going on or which troops were what. Micro is clearly not top of their priority list. Balance remains to be seen I guess.

This game'll be fun for a year or so but I imagine myself playing BW long after this game is dead.

its for good reason. Each game of the trilogy takes up all of the DVD space, so basically you're getting 15+ hours on each campaign, plus you get the multiplayer, campaign editor packed in. It's like saying, why would you buy Half Life, then half life episode 1, then episode two. Why don't they make it into 1 game?

thing i hate about sc 2 is heros in the game paly, like the mothership and the queen are just gonna be gay. They should make the protoss and zerg have just stronger units like the terrant hor instead of heros, because marines probably do 1 damage to tthe queen and the mother ship. Also no fasts map can be made due to air splash units -_-' aswell the mother ship could easily be used to just blow up ur cc or hatchery and is way overpowered no matter how much it costs

WoW is by far the WORST graphics of any game I've ever played (Asteroid has better graphics then WoW). The graphics are for 6-10 year old children. StarCraft is the game that made blizzard what it is... and I know many of you will talk about Diablo and WarCraft but until Diablo 2 and WarCraft 3 those franchises didn't bring much to the table and still don't bring what StarCraft does. StarCraft 2 will be a complete success as long as the game is as playable and balanced as the first.

Im not that good at wow, and yet I was able to do all end game content in the games raiding scene when it was its hardest: PRE TBC. During TBC I cleared everything except for sunwell mostly because my guild didn't really bother with sunwell. ATM my guild is just finishing up 25 man yogg in ulduar. The only reason why im not in there is because I quit raiding due to RL scheduling issues. Guess what though...

If you play the game all that much you would know that throughout the entire history of wow there has been huge issues with not only balancing classes in pvp but also PVE. Do you really think that 15 years after wow is released people will think its balanced it any good? Now ask that about SC.

Kevin End war is gonna be the next gronud breaking rts game coming out for next gen systems, it is WW3 with U.S,UE, and russia. Its a new tomclancy brand so expect a good story. Its basiacally just an rts that lets u command an entire battalion (thousand troops) throughout the war. Cool thing is u use the same battalion throughout the war and can upgrade it and that stuff. U chooose what side to play and game ends when u win the war, and to add there will be 40 battlefields to play from.
