just go and get a cocktail and enjoy the view, was awesome, going again in May, 350 baht not much per cocktail for that view, nice way to start the night, then down to koh san and finish at spicys lol fun times.
Then just go there to drink not to eat! why eat there for? gees lol This place got a superb environment and very nice view especially towards Siam&Sukhumvit area very good for chilling and drinking

Reservation recommended - I stayed here and the hotel itself is superb. Some critics say the food in this restaurant is a little bland, but although I didn't actually eat dinner here, the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Hope this helps. (Eat Me Restaurant in Bangkok is also very good !)
I went with a couple without reservation on a sunday night. Most of the people have a drink at the bar, most tables were availble for eating. The food was nice, but nothing special if you are used to fusion/french/belgian cuisine. The price for a dinner is almost the same as a dinner in a belgian restaurant (we payed 8100 TBH for starters and main course, no wine for 3 persons) which is expensive by Thai standards, but the breathtakening view is priceless.
