Nice video man. I live in palm desert and i totally agree it is a nice place to live. Very nice people and alot of things to do. The one thing tht i cant stand is THE SUMMER!! its soooooo hot over here!!! Lol but i luv the cold wen it hits november all the up to i belive feb :). So glad i live here.

Looks great! And I don't mind the heat! It's the cold I hate and the gloom! In fact, I find Palm Springs weather attractive and almost ideal. And at least its a dry heat! Better than freezing your ass off for almost 3/4 of the year where I live.

Out of all the restaurants I have been to in Palm Springs, my fav is the Jackalope restaurant in La Quinta (same owners as Babe's). It has a nice patio area and great food. Another good one is Stuft Pizza in La Quinta.

Depends on your price range, and what type of work you do. Some jobs are easier to get there than others... Hopefully someone on this comment board can help you out!

Well, my parents have a vaction home there and I am 18. I go there quite often. Lets just say it is UNGODLY expensive to own a house there. We do live on a golf course so maybe thats why. Nobody works there so I cant tell you about that. But it is VERY expensive for a decent size house.

I've been there and loved it! My favorite was going to Las Casuelas Terraza. Muy delicioso! The best authentic Mexican food I've ever had! (And I'm Mexican!)

Mmmm. Sounds good! I was just in Rancho Mirage yesterday visiting the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa. My parents discovered a nice little Mexican place called La Casita in Cathedral City. They were raving about it! I'll have to try Las Casuelas next time!

My favorite restaurant would have to be Tommy Bahama's! It's right above the store on El Paseo! its soo good! :D

Ah yes, I love Tommy Bahamas! I've been to the one in Newport Beach a few times. Haven't been to the Palm Springs location. I really enjoy the Living Desert Zoo as well. So many beautiful animals — and plants. Thanks for commenting. I really appreciate it!

I just got back from palm springs a few days ago. its amazing! The living desert was the best quote on quote "zoo" i've ever been too. The tram and the hummer tour were cool too. i live in the same valley, places i recommend to go are palms springs the strip, palm desert, la quinta cove, in n out burgers, one is in the city indio, and the other is in cathedral city on the I 10, also visit the river in cathedral city, all this is close to each other.

I am from Palm Springs, and trust me, there is so much more beauty to this place than what is presented in the video. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to visit to come during the winter. All the best places to eat out are along HWY 111, and the best place to shop is in Palm Desert.

Love the PS area. Vacationed there many times and at one time had a home built in Palm Desert near Shadow Mountains but had to sell it due to financial situation :-( I still visit PS on occasion.

Hi Tim! Yes, unless you're accustomed to the heat, it can really take a toll on you. During the summer, you pretty much have to spend all your time in the pool or indoors with the AC blasting. I think April would be perfect weather!
