Why wasn't this guy talked about 2 years ago? Cespedes has a ridiculous body that perfectly fits the steroid body profile. The MLB should require that all prospects go through the draft process and come from a steroid-regulated program, collegiate or professional. He will be a non-factor as soon as MLB steroid testing prevents him from maintaining his power.
