i used to do that 2 years ago before i quit the acrobatics. now im bringing it back, but its not the same. takes a lit of time to bring it back. So great job, and dont ever quit doing gymnastics!!!
Keep stretching as you get older...I used to be able to do that when I was in high school, but now, I'm 23 and it pains me to do stuff like that! lol Great job on your gymnastics though!!

I don't know if I can get another video made but...
-seal stretch is a really good stretch for stomach flexibility
-in seal grab your feet in back and pull up (sort of a doughnut)
-lots and lots of back bends and bridges would help, try to have your shoulders come over your hands in bridge
