Yes, put one end of a bar in a corner so it does it does shift. You can grab the bar, or use a triangle attachment (from pulldowns) for your hands but be careful if you use the triangle attachment so it does not move.

We dont have equiptment like that in our gym, damm you la fitness, can this be done with a bar ?.
