  • if you wanna get skinny, just move here to japan.

  • you dont even need to feel hungry to be skinny though -- eventually your stomach shrinks and you get full on much less food

  • God put fat in animals. God made fat taste great. If fat is bad for you, that makes God a douchebag. Fat is not bad for you.

  • 0:29 *Awkward silence* ..... I see.

  • Hahahahahahaha!

  • stfu

  • I love how naturally skinny people make fun of naturally fat people, not knowing crap about being fat. As a former fattie, I still get annoyed when I see crap like this.

Its funny when a naturally skinny person that gulps down fast-food all day, says to the fattie "well, stop downing hamburgers", while he's having one himself and being skinny as shit. Truth is, 99% of the stereotypes about fat people are completely untrue.

  • @AlekNovy I think 80% of the stereotypes about fat people are true. Why? well theres a reason America has more fat people then most countries. its all the junk food thrown in peoples faces. Most people arent raised properly to control what they eat. for the rest of the 20% i think they do have serious problems worth consulting a doctor. your right about the skinny people, but lets not give the fat too much credit by saying 99% of fat people cant loose weight with a good diet and exercise.

  • @Mutiny00 "America has more fat people then most countries" - and it also has the most workaholics and productivity than most countries.

Fatness is mostly a byproduct of stuffing yourself full to cope with stress - which americans have a lot of. If you actually look at all the countries where everyone is skinny, you'll also find they're unproductive, get nothing accomplished and lounge around at cafes all day.

Its always a give and take.

  • @AlekNovy """America has more fat people then most countries. its all the junk food thrown in peoples faces."""

I live in a country where "health food" doesn't even exist, even traditional cooking is 50% fat 50% carbs, with protein being non-existent. Yet, I was the only fat person in my entire neighbourhood and school back when I was fat. Everyone here is SUPER skinny.

As for junkfood, hamburger in my country has 1500 calories and 10 types of sauce by default!!! The default american has 400.

  • @Mutiny00 ""lets not give the fat too much credit by saying 99% of fat people cant loose weight with a good diet and exercise."

Sure, but that's not what I said. I said 99% of "stereotypes" about fat people aren't true, such as they never try to lose weight, or they never try to exercise bla bla.

If you study them, you'll find they've probably tried like 15 different ways of losing weight without success. The problem is EVERYONE (media/authorities) give them contradictory advice.

  • @AlekNovy LOL shut up, fatass, you have not the will it takes, just shut up and eat another burger, bitch!

  • @AlekNovy That's ex-fattie to you.

I spent 10 years trying to lose weight through changing "what" I eat and how much I exercise with no success, until finally lost it all by started counting calories.

So when I hear someone making fun of fatties for what they eat or exercise... I'm like, this dude has never lost weight in his life.

  • I don't have any problems since I exercise using weights. Also as soons as weather gets better I'll start to run. Not becouse I want to burn some fat, I'm going to do it, becouse I want to icrease my stamina. I just started to like sport.

  • Repeat this til you are blue in the face: Carbs are bad for you.

  • lmao "Fuck it. I'm just gonna be fat"

  • @FTMvideos Me too. Fat for life.

  • chipotal

  • 2:01 holy sheet! hahaha

  • I wouldn't recommend pasta and rice. Carbs easily breaks down to sugars and full of calories. I would recommend eating only a small bowl. He could also recommend to start lifting too, sadly it will only burn an extra 100-400 a day of regular lifting, but the additional side effect of making the body focus on converting energy to muscle and the long run of higher metabolism can help.

  • @DarkGhost89 I would recommend eating what you want as long as you expend more calories than you consume. I guarantee this diet will work.

  • @ferusmonk True, but running that means likely avoiding pasta and rice (except a small bowl or two a day). Most don't work out like Micheal Phelps and have to consume 12,000 calories a day. Even running 2 miles burns only 200 calories (about a donut or two cans of soda). Carbs have just that much calories and too easily store-able.

  • too long
