  • While I agree as a cook I have to point that there are reasons that it's not that way.

    There is the long and the short of it. The short is they don't want to remodel the restaurant to make that possible. The long of it is that there are logistic reasons for conversion from breakfast to lunch that explain why it's done as separate menus. One is they often use the same kitchen real estate in the kitchen to do both the lunch/dinner items as the breakfast ones.

  • @Isolder74 To do breakfast, all day means having an extra grill with the space for that available. A place to keep Breakfast items ready to cook without spoiling. Many 24 hour diners are set up to do so.

    That shows that if the fast food industry was willing, they could do this if they invested in the equipment and kitchen space.
