wow very cool cage! how many piggies do you have? doesnt the bedding get expensive? i have four piggies and i know how much they go, i cant even imagin how much poop you have lol. but anyways i wanted to tell you that if you are looking for an alternative bedding source, i bought my piggies a cage liner from a website called piggy bedspreads. they are initally expensive but its a washable type bedding system and i was thinking it would probably save you money in the long run!

yes, u can, but in my opinion, most guinea pigs like to have bigger cages, maybe not as big as some, but bigger than regular ones

I am now using shavings. I buy a huge bag of SunCoast pine shavings. They are heat/kiln dried. All I do is scoop out the dirty with a dust pan and place in a trash bag. Please see my 2008 cage.

you just take a peice of material of your choice, and prop it up. but make sure it has side rails! you dont want your pig falling off!

hi the coroplast that i got was only 10 dollars for both sheets.... nd no cardboard wont work because when they pee it will do right through  and it will be ruined

maybe you can try cardboard with trash bags covering it. thats how i keep my pigs pee from leaking onto the dresser.

I just got two grids and bent them in half and tied them together. I put towels on it and tucket it under everything on the second story so it wouldn't slide down.

I just watched a video of another C&C cage and what I would like to know is, how do ya'll bend the grids so evenly? Mine look horrible and I did it wrong and wound up snapping them at the seam.
