Your bassline is changing note but sound is staying the same.. it's a bug in the old FL. drag the TIME down and it'll go back normal.

that's an awful bass, to much processing going on, if u need to EQ it that much then that isn't the sound for you, try making your own bass in a vst that way you can design the sound you want with very little EQ

trust me, i know how u feel. i downloaded it to check it out and was literally dumbfounded. like high school when i didnt understand the hard math and got pissed cause I felt dumb. now im posting vids on myspace of really simple beats that thanks to videos like this, I can make more complicated. try it, its worth it, im now looking into the full program ($115) and mpc's which are dj style beat pad things that hookup to your computer ($150-$1000 for good Akai equipmen.) im glad I checked it out

I must admit I really miss a (TOTALLY) beginners tutorial for fl studio.

I recently downloaded it, but haven't really gotten started, because I don't know how to use it. My request, for you or anyone whos reading, is a REAL basic tutorial how to make techno with fl studio.
