I thoroughly agree. The first one was like death metal, the second one straight up thrash/southern rock and this is thrash/death metal. And A Monument Encased In Ash is the first metal song I ever heard. BEfore that I was straight up pop punk haha.

That's surprising to me because I don't think there are that many good Solid State bands. The only ones I'm really into are Demon Hunter, Sever Your Ties, and The Showdown. I own a couple of albums by Underoath, but they're not my favorite band from the label.

I just got this cd yesterday and it is awesome! but there are other good christian metal bands. As I Lay Dying, Demon Hunter, August Burns Red, The Devil Wears Prada, Living Sacrifice, Neocracy, War Of Ages, For Today, With Blood Comes Cleansing, Impending Doom they all rock!

Not many bands sound like this in general. They mix southern metal (Pantera stuff) with Thrash/Death metal. It's good shit. =D
