What a cool lookin' fighter! I remember Karnov primarily from the old Nes game! Although, I love the way video games in general are headed, I still can't help but wish for the old school 2D games to make a comeback. I have to admit, Karnov looks INSANELY powerful!

No, G-Mode owns the rights to this and the original Fighter's History; although G-Mode allowed SNK Playmore to add Makoto Mizoguchi to KOF: Maximum Impact Regulation A. Also, I heard that there is a cellphone game featuring Fatal Fury and Fighter's History characters is in the works.

Calling this a SF ripoff is a little harsh, one should use a better choice of words. This game was awesome and it was a great "ALTERNATIVE" to street fighter. Also, this was the best of it's series by far. I would have loved to see Data East do another.

Dude, it's quite obvious that they based a lot of their stuff in SF's ideas. Similar characters (Sagat = Samchay, Guile = Jean, shotos, etc), similar ideas, enough to warrant a lawsuit.

As I mentioned, in Dynamite they changed a lot of stuff and everything is a lot more personal, but that doesn't change the fact that the saga started as a SF rip off. Still a quality saga, though.
