This is cartoon 2 'The Mad Doctor.' This level is a bit hard. Cause there are some more enemies like bats, skeletons, fireballs, boney spiders and finally The Mad Doctor. When you're going up and elevator, and if you want to continue to find another Mickey, well, now you can. All you have to do is wait or step into the elevator for another ride up. The elevator will go up much faster than usual. Then you'll find the mad doctor Mickey.

thought it was hilarious that if you paused the game two paws came up on the screen :)

always got to the prince and the pauper but failed to get further.

it sucked you couldnt save.

It is the most awesome version but if you have the Sega CD version all you're missing is a Willie and the Giant chase, improved visuals and some other minor differences. If you have Genesis you miss all that, CD quality music and an extra level near the end where all the old Mickeys come back and fight Pete. If you have the SNES version you miss all that plus the Band Concert level, Mad Doctor staircase and more. So yeah!

If you got too many lives it'd be a bit easy I suppose... Because you have so few tries I guess it makes the player be more careful. The extra lives are only in hard-to-reach spots and secret areas.
