Because the story you most probably are told about WWII are full of faults, you hear the winners version, made of people with hate or revenge in their minds. The Hollowood version of WWII is a big laugh. The truth is that german solders, especially the Waffen SS, was the best the world had seen to that time. The german military likewise. But everything drowns in Holocaust-propaganda. The truth is that Stalin Soviet was as crazy as Hitler Germany. And that USA did war crimes against Germans.
