  • he has said his next album will be something like death metal. go to his website, and you'll see he's working on something new

  • Am I the only one who thinks this track is kinda "silent hill"?

  • @Schwartzschildradius you are not alone :D

  • does anyone know if hes gonna make a next album, caause his last one wasnt that good in my opinion. i love his work as an artist

  • @thefameGaGa231 his last 2 blew nuts.

  • @brynn yea but many great artists go through stages, eminem for instance. u never know

  • @thefameGaGa231 This is true. But Eminem is overcoming is problems. Manson is making them worse. You can tell his lyrics have no soul, or less than they used to. He doesn't even want to try anymore. Like the last two albums make me wonder if he even wrote the lyrics for his old albums. They are that bad. Since Golden Age it all went downhill.

  • @thefameGaGa231

This may be a late response, but he is likely to come out with a ne album around 2011-2012 themed around death metal. Go to MansonWiKi for news on MM.

  • i agree with fascistkingdave

  • Nine Inch Nails - Pinion

    Marilyn Manson - Thaeter

  • this is a awesome song even if its shorter then the outro

  • *-*

  • i don't now. i love it !

  • The german word Täter also written Taeter means culprit

it's also Theater like theatre if you swap the vocals

    maybe something in between =)

  • Thaeter is just a made up word.

  • i hear this when i write my poems.

    and it helps ;D

  • Wich album is this??

  • golden age of grotesque.

  • is Thaeter a word?

  • no its a number

  • i mean does this word exist

  • dont know what to say really

  • my little brother get's scared of this

this song is also featured in doppelherz

  • just like war of the worlds, in 0:32, it starts making the sound of the aliens in their ships...walking....killing....having fun!! XD

    so cool

  • Reminds me of like, a red sky and sort of war of the worlds!

  • this is awesome...just short

  • everything awesome is always short :/

    lol

  • i love this

  • please someone upload the song mechanical animals i wnat to listen to it so bad

  • I think the Best album was Holy Wood, 19 tracks of raw emotion and ideas, Mechanical Animals Felt like a prelude, antichrist superstar felt like the end of the world, but Holy Wood was all the old becoming all the new..

  • nah, i liked holy wood when i bought it last year but it has since worn down on me and i wish i had actually bought this album instead when i was trying to decide

my fave mm albums in order:

    mechanical animals

    antichrist superstar

    GAOG

    eat me, drink me

    POAAF

holy wood (in the shadow of the valley of death)

  • when did u get Holy Wood? ive never seen a CD copy anywhere!

  • in my opinion the greatest album was mechanical, then antichrist, then hollywood, and the rest are just normal

  • dont forget portrait of an american family

get your gunn and fill up your lunchbox with cake and sodomey

  • I agree with you in part. I think Holy Wood was one of his Best. Antichrist Superstar was an apocolypse coming from the depth's of this world created by Manson, and Holy Wood was something starting emotion extending from that same hell Antichrist Superstar started it's apocolypse.

Oh,and this is best Intro ever!

PS. I still am not sure how Holy Wood aquired track number 6 as it's subtitle. Though it is very fitting. I just don't see it on the album cover, so just curious.

  • I absolutely agree.

  • I think it's a starter. Like a come up to the rest of the album.

  • no its just really soft

  • I love the bigginings of albums, ever first song is rare songs, the style introductions of albums is great...

  • In my opinion the best Manson's albums are "The Golden Age Of Grotesque" and "Mechenical Animals".

Personaly I hated "Smells Like Children"

  • Is just my opinion. I didn't hate Smells like Children, but I didn't like it.

  • monsterr

  • Ya, I agree with Eqerspurge. I'm not familiar with GAOG because I've been slowly buying all of his albums straight out and I have yet to buy this one. I doubt if any one will read this though since the last comment was posted 2 weeks ago. So alright.

  • My favorite album.... although I admit I like Eat me, Drink Me a lot, too.

  • i think this is manson's greatest album

  • this album has more of a classic Manson feeling than the new one

  • Actually I think that this was a comeback album so it was made with money in mind but was still awesome lyrics, crazy guitar and new styles so kept classic. Eat Me Drink Me was more a Brian Warner album talking about love and stuff but I think is more essential than GAOG.

  • Pretty interesting... Don't actually know any songs from gaog yet.

  • The only real problem with this album was that the guitar riff during the choruses for sAINT and Slutgarden, as well as the prechorus for Vodevil had the exact same chords, progression and structure. That's a new low, to not come up with new riffs for every song.

  • his music went down during goag

  • WHAT this is his best album - in my opinion...

  • No way, come on their all good but this wasn't his best. Hollywood had awesome guitar, more meaning and emotion put into it, had loads of tracks and some real classics on.

  • Personally I liked Mechanical Animals better but I thought that Golden Age of Grotesque was a good album.

  • man i like your logo

check out my movie its also gruesom horror
