I've got an idea for those that don't want to cooperate: Charge them with tampering with evidence. Think about it. It's similar to those that lie to police or remove/take items that could be retained as evidence and would be able to identify a suspect. I bet that might get some of thses stupid "gangstas" to talk. IF it became a law all this "No cooperation" would stop really quick.

This is a better version of the video. That other one was a very raw graphic image. In this internet age, everything is public now but I applaud stoptdotgunz for at least helping the cops to find tips about the shooter.
