Makes me feel better, I'm 6"3 and i'm 34 and just beginning. Right now i'm sitting at 182lbs. For those of you who have never done it, posing is hard! Darren Haag had a bit of forward shoulder position that was taking away from his side chest and side triceps pose. The forward shoulder position is hiding his size instead of displaying it for the judges and audience. Darin Steen just needs more time to get into competition form :)

it's amazing to see natural bodybuilders, such as Darin who have impressive mass, but still lean year-round. Unlike the typical steroid using monster-like men with huge swings in body weight and body fat from off-season to competition. It inspires me as I work out in the gym. When I sometimes feel tired half-way through a tough workout, I push myself to finish. Like Arnold said in pumping iron, if you are able to push through the pain barrier, you will go on to be a champion.
