I agree...SrgtWilliepete needs to focus more on the mentality of the black community rather than black women priamrily. He even admits that there are more men without their "shit together" so who does he expect women to run into. He really needs to evaluat the overaching problem of black cultural values and how to build a culture that makes good upstanding citizens..once that is accomplished then I think many of these problems will go away
