Hard to tell without seeing it, could simply be an old or bad paint job starting to peel off.

Bird strike : unlikely.

Lightning : more often hits the radome.

I've seen a Air France A319 at the airport a few days ago and above the window the paint was off.Do you think it was a bird strike or just a lightning ?

Looks like a hawk. The plane must have been on approach as I fully expected to only see the bird in 1 or so frames before the strike. Also, the bird was coming off axis quite a bit, which also makes me thing the airplane was flying very slowly.

Scarebus ? Relax ! Airbus is #1 in the world. Always one step ahead of Boeing. Don´t get me wrong. I like the 747-200 and - 300 classic and also the 757 for example. But Airbus is still the technological leader. They had the guts to invent fly by wire for example. And the design is always leading. The 737 is just a schoolbus. The A 320 is a fine limousine !! ;-)
