Surely a marching head cranked that tight is going to be putting a lot of stress on the drum? I've heard of people breaking lugs putting marching heads on snares intended for kit playing!

@Mp5Drummer This snare can handle the tension, it has ten lugs, and the bearing edge is made of steel. But absolutely, if you put this head on an everyday drumset snare and cranked it, you may have some problems!
