I bought this album when it came out and thought it was sooo fresh and groundbreaking genius.. Can't understand how people could sleep on it.. I guess it will be appreciated by people later on.. some art is just ahead of their time.. this song is one of my fav from the album.. Thanks for the excellent post !!

funny thing is that this doesn't sound so crazy now. time proved that Common was just ahead of us all. i remember loving and hating this album when i coped it. but now i think it is GENIUS. but back then we didn't realize hip hop would slowly start dying.
