Perfect timing on that one! Excellent job! Have a question for you...When you play along to something using an ipod, do you just use the ear-buds typically or something else? I have a hard time hearing the song when using the standard ipod buds. It can really mess up the timing.

The only thing that I don't like about this was the Hi-Hats. Solar has never given me any good response (but if you are like me, then high-end cymbals aren't in the budget :) ). Other than that, rhythm was there and technique seemed pretty solid. Keep up the good work!

Regarding the video however (ran out of space in the previous comment), VERY well done. It's rare to see fellow drummers perform Hysteria accurate to the last detail, and you seem to be quite close to accomplishing that. If the star feature still existed, 5/5! But, a thumbs up will have to do. :p

I looked through some of your other videos, and the first thing I saw was that you got more cymbals rather than upgrading the old ones. You're one of the few people who can play this song almost PERFECTLY, and this video defines that VERY well. However, think about upgrading out of those Sabian Solars! That's the lowest possible end, other than the Sabian SBr's. Your hi-hat sounds really clunky and out of place with the rest of the kit. That crash on the right is nearly unbearable. :l

Props on this, Dom Howard (of muse) got way better for the album this was on, when he started doing quarter notes on his hat while playing everything else. Good job, you.

A China's not really necessary, you just need to break a cymbal and it makes it dead like a china haha. I did that, saved me a bunch of money. But the moon gels were a good choice.
