@fernank017 If Team Rocket, Magma, Aqua, or Galactic steals your PokeWalker, you can use the DS game to force the Pokemon back to the game. However, you will lose all experience, caught Pokemon, and items recieved on the PokeWalker.

Does anyone know how to unrigister a pokewalker? I restarted the game and really want to get the pokemon you can get on new places like Winners Path (the Mystery Gift) and Volcano Path!

@uberdude64 yeah you just go to the start menu where you see lugia or ho oh. Then you go down to the last subject it should be called pokewalker. Then you just do the same thing u did to get it on the pokewalker

@chavez657 Well you can "play battle" but that is the same as connecting up and all that does is give you an item. So no true battling sorry.

@LlanosDR No, because the pokewalker will be registered to your game. And if it is stolen or lost, you can your pokemon back by reseting the pokewalker in your game. Really the pokemon never leaves your game, it's more or less a copy of your pokemon's data on the pokewalker, not that actual pokemon.

@kinkyloki Once you connect a pokewalker to a game, it needs to be used with that one only. But you can trade your pokemon between games and then transfer it to the pokewalker

Help! I put a pokemon to the pokewalker, i started a new game, i want to put the pokemon from the pokewalker back to the new game, but the ds says pokewalker already registrated, is my pokewalker useless now?

@1298347765 Look in the instruction booklet and it will tell you how to reset your pokewalker so you can use it with your new game. However, I doubt the pokemon you placed on the pokewalker will remain.

@silentmelody12 just go to some pokemon center with at least 2 pokemon in ur party then at the corner of the place were nurse joy is to the right there's a pc click on that and click some1s pc deposit pokemon then doposit one pokemon that u want in pokewalker and voilla

you can get dratini in the dragons den fishing (either good rod or old rod.) super rod gets you dragonair. i cught a shiny dragonair. so happy.

@keepingpear Yes, the infrared sensor is not in the DS but in the cartridge itself, so any original HG/SS cartridges used on anything will work with the Pokewalker.

The more you walk, the more watts you collect and that will unlock more paths on your game when you connect it to your ds

You can transfer your pokemon from diamond to gold or silver and then walk them, but there is no way to directly send them to the walker from diamond/ pearl/ or platinum

I don't think so, but you can get larvitar in the safari zone in the mountainous region. Whcih is cool because that lets you have a tyranitar pretty early in the game.

What you need to do is toggle from grass patch to grass patch with the side buttons, then click the button in the middle to confirm that patch and keep doing that until you get into a battle. It's all about timing

There are buttons you can press on the poke transfer screen on the ds game which will force your last save to return. So you cant lose your pokemon like that, i guess of course that could be a way to like dupe legendaries. lol

There is a way to "recover" the pokemon on the cartridge. It's really just a copy of it's stats and things before you sent it over. This is part of the reason they made it only one level per trip. That way you wouldn't lose much if it was lost or stolen.

I don't care much about the course thing, but if you transfer a pokemon from your game you can get EXP. Points and levels up? okay but what I'm curious about is umm.. does the pokemon die if you leave it in the pokewalker or does it just stay in and level up as you walk?
