Calling on N.J. hunters to speak up against baiting bear with human and pet food in the woods. Unfortunately, this is the norm. The first 264 kills showed up at the weigh stations right on time but unless you kill every bear, all the others that hit your pile will most likely come out again looking for what they got a taste for in residential garbage.
