It may look like any other RC plane, but most RC planes do not have the capability to go fully autonomous. Once in flight, the airplane was controlled from a laptop on the ground, waypoints were set and the UAV flew the programmed flight plan (which could be updated in flight). It also does have the capability for surveillance (as you can see from the in-flight footage).
And as far as ammo, most UAVs are unarmed, it is only a fairly recent development to put weapons onboard.

UAV??? It´s look like any other RC plane.
there are two purposes for a UAV:
1. observation(cameras live or not)
2. ammo.
you missed both.
