  • To quote batman from "Batman begins": "I'm not going to kill you but I don't have to save you either".

  • i would of done the same thing as greene

  • you guys need to calm the fuck down.. it's a show.. it didn't actually happen.. and to pretend like doctors are robots who only go by the book is just naive.

  • Wow, this gives new meaning to the term "Fuck you"

  • Man that's a harsh way to kill someone. I know Mark wanted to give the man his just desserts, but why couldn't he have left him to the police? It's just never been in Mark's nature to be a murderer so it's way too extreme to see him let the man die with that cold look in his eyes. He may have avoided getting caught in the next season, but he didn't seem to be thinking properly about what he was doing because this is the worst most unprofessional thing a doctor does.

  • @MrCodyhoskins Remember that Mark got an operation for his brain tumor earlier in the season, and his personality became more rash and vindictive after the operation (as Dave Malucci pointed out mid-season). The pre-tumor Mark would have thought about what he was doing, but the post-tumor Mark is different.

  • Pavulan is a paralytic. Its old compaired to Pancuronium, Rocuronium, Vecuronium, and Mivacurium.

  • When i first watched this my jaw dropped,

  • Owned.

  • This is why you don't fuck with a doctor...if you do you better hope you NEVER get sick again

  • Murderer or not, a doctor is supposed to help anyone no matter what.

  • @kaufmj54 A doctor is a human, and the guy killed several innocent people and tried to kill dr greene's wife and baby. Any human lets him die there.

  • @svvmichael1 Even though the person killed many people and tried to kill his family, it does not give him permission to let the guy die. As a doctor, you take an oath to do no harm. A doctor is supposed to take care of a patient regardless of what brought them in. You can't speak for every human being.

  • @svvmichael1 Yeah but Dr. Greene treated the psych patient that killed Lucy and almost killed Carter. In that instance, even though people he cared about were dying because of the patient, he still took care of that patient.

  • @kaufmj54 the show was about imperfect characters.

  • that was some cold shiet!! imo

  • @JasemTnLante, yes, and that asshole deserved it 100%. He endangered his own family for crying out loud and I know it's a doctors oath to save lifes but if someone went after your family and ended up relying on you to save him, wouldn't you see that as a opportunity to rid the world of someone like? Exspecially, in Dr. Greene's situation. That guy would of ended up going after someone else and I can't help but feel like Dr. Green was doing everyone a favor. lol

  • did he just let him die?

  • Great scene! Justice being served.....screw political correctness.

  • BEST, SCENE, EVER

  • ya but y let him die? SHOCK HIM FOR GOD SAKS MARK!¸

  • Of all 15 seasons, this is my favourite scene.

  • Comment removed

  • he would have killed marks daughter and elizabeth if he was able to find them, watch the episode and you will understand his clearly understandable motives in letting him die.

  • it looked like v tach to me

  • @suzyrain2000us Must have been, if it had been fibrillation he would have lost consciousness within seconds. But he was still awake, and while watching mark discharge the defibrillator into the resistor he felt his heart going from v tach into fibrillation. Then he must have passed out, not realising anymore how v fib became asystoly. I was kinda schocked when I first saw this scene - I had never before seen the hero in a TV show act so politically uncorrect...

  • vigilante justice at its finest. I wonder if I'd make the same decision if I were in his shoes.....

  • Do you blame him? He shot his neighbor, the CPS lady and had he not been shot could have shot Elizabeth and Ella. So did he deserve it?

  • the machine shows v-fib yet the man is still moving that`s wrong.

  • @steff2001 When your heart goes into v-fib you have approximately 10 seconds before you lose conciousness. Still this was ventricular tachycardia, which still allows for your heart to pump somewhat, though not much. Medically this scene was realistic, though a situation like this is pretty rare. You don't often get to see a concious patient's heart suddenly go into v tach. But it does happen. I was told about a paramedic whose patient got in Vfib an "resuscitated" himself by coughing on command.

  • frickin awesome

  • why let him die

  • @fitzgebd he let him die coz he shoot someone, thts y its gunman..

  • @fitzgebd he let him die because in a previous episode mark called cps and had his son taken away because he was abusing his son and in the season finale episode of season 7 the guy went on a shooting rampage and shot i think it was 8 people maybe 9 for no reason and i think 4 of them died and when they finally cought up with him he was on his way to marks house to shoot him and the fact that his wife and baby could have died didnt settle to well with him thats why he let him die

  • @ashnashbffs4eva y though

  • @DannyR1231000 he was abusing his son so mark called child protective services and they took the kid away from his dad and because of that the guy sort of just lost it he was going to marks house to get revenge on him for taking his kid away sort of an eye for an eye type of thing except mark wasnt home elizabeth was home on maternity leave with ella he probably would have killed them if the cops didnt get him first thats why mark let him die

  • @ashnashbffs4eva ikr mean mark but he has to do his job -_- fuck u mark

  • @DannyR1231000 that along with the fact that he shot and killed about 9 innocent people and shot the cps lady and paralyzed her was the reason he let him die

  • dang
