Officers from Point Wherever or Troopers never touched the kid..He is scheduled for another hearing in Nov facing several charges...I am glad my brother loves MU and everyone should feel safe when Scott B is on site...These are the facts of the case and they are undisputed...

@Black28Bear There are only 2 STATE TROOPERS on the field. the rest are Sheriffs or City cops. And I can tell you that those 2 Troopers do not put themselves above the law. The set examples where they are. They are also very well respected. I believe they showed the crowd that this kind of stupidity wont be tollerated and I think they did a VERY good job. Believe me there were plenty more cops to keep the crowd settled too.

I have represented police officers who have pulled other officers over bc of speeding. Its funny to see these men get on the stand and stutter. Excess force is a dangerous thing when you wear a badge. You have to know how to walk that line and most dont. This is borderline. Their was no need for the other police officers to come out on the field when they already had him subdued. The smiles on their faces show no threat. Sometimes the college decides to let them take a goal post but keep one in this case thats what happened. As far a OVERCOWDING. People need to FOLLOW the law. Its not hard. i do it everyday. Dont drink and drive, obey the speed limit, be above the influence, its simple, sorry for any LOSER that cant act civil and ends up in jail. Except Im not sorry!!!!

@Black28Bear There are only 2 STATE TROOPERS on the field. the rest are Sheriffs or City cops. And I can tell you that those 2 Troopers do not put themselves above the law. The set examples where they are. They are also very well respected. I believe they showed the crowd that this kind of stupidity wont be tollerated and I think they did a VERY good job. Believe me there were plenty more cops to keep the crowd settled too.

@TheTrooperswife Lady when those officers left the sideline while the other ones had the situation under control that was considered leaving their post. That shows no disicipline. No professionalism.That could of opened up the oppurtunity for others to run on the field. The officers who tackled and handcuffed kid was in the right but the other 10 werent.But lets arrest this kid and charge him with everything so we can over crowd our jail/prisons and then have to release REAL CRIMINALS EARLY.

I have represented police officers who have pulled other officers over bc of speeding. Its funny to see these men get on the stand and stutter. Excess force is a dangerous thing when you wear a badge. You have to know how to walk that line and most dont. This is borderline. Their was no need for the other police officers to come out on the field when they already had him subdued. The smiles on their faces show no threat. Be warned, if you wear a badge it doesnt mean your above the law.

Why doesnt the cops arrest ppl who rush the field after games??? Its a double edge sword. Ya the kid shouldnt of ran on the field. But its college and someone must of dared him. Now ppl wanna say charge him with everything you can. Thats ridiculous especially when we have over crowding in our jail systems. Not to mention im sure tax payers would rather pay for ppl who actually do a crime instead of running on the field and being stupid. Common Sense gets lost so easily nowadays.

Drunk and Disorderly...Fleeing...if they wanted they could try for assult on a police officer...Im sorry college or NOT...ALL adults should act according to the law...I think its a shame...I know plenty of kids who love college football and CANT go to the games bc of DRUNK students...Its dangerous...i mean a man fell on top of like 100 people at this games bc he was drunk and lost his balance...falling on a child...could realy hurt or kill them...Pitty that children cant enjoy their sport!!!!

If these police officers are there to take care of this thing then why did they allow him to even get on the field?
