Joe Smith was VP of Reprise Records part of Warner Bros. when I worked there in '69. Mo Ostin was VP of Warner Bros. Every year they would take everyone over to a sound stage and put on ''The Mo and Joe Show". This is when they would tell us about the new artist that were signed for the coming year, give out some promo records with all the artists on one disc .. still have them to this day.
Martin Mull did a bit on tv early in his career where he played a Mickey Mouse guitar using a baby bottle as a slide- it was AMAZING- does anybody have this, and could you please put it up on Youtube???
The Dueling Tubas bit is "tuba-synched" - actually hearing the recording with Red Callender on tuba and David Duke (not the right wing politician) on French Horn.
Don't forget his country album, Living Above My Station. I think that was what it was called. It was one of the songs, anyhow. ...and then there was that touching song about the midget.
Martin Mull is naturally lobotomized in reallife. He admitted in a 1978 Newsweek interview that he never yelled! Count yourself normal if you yell occasonally!
I love Martin mull! I'm 15 and I love his music and his acting!!! I love Vlad...I mean Martin xD

Mo and Joe are tow of the coolest cats around.
Joe went to Capital and Mo went to Dreamworks.
