i live southEASTERN mass. so i dont think i got it cuz i dont remember it.. but i do remember my mom telleing me we had a tornado watch last summer. i got suuuper scared and i got a stomachache but we neverr got it
Yeah it formed right over me then went to newburyport. Georgetown actaully had the most extensive tree and powerline damage.
You couldn't really see the funnel cloud from my vantage point but on doppler radar you could see it. I couldn't get it all on camera but the winds were 70-80mph. Minmial for a tornado.
wow...it was fine here ( i live a few minutes from boston) and it was all sunny then the warning came on tv and i was like "what the hell?" its scary how fast these things can travel. I heard the tornado came through rockport and newbury...so the tornado went by you?
Yeah that was crazy not to common here in mass. Unfortunately my video chip got filled just as soon as it passed overhead. So I misssed the best part. You can see the last 5-10 secons of this clip it just started to get nuts and thats when it passed by.
