In a lot of the footage the dragon is either very active or not moving at all. It was a three hour fight and it was crazy hot inside that thing, so 'Team Dragon' fell back and took a lot of breaks.

Id hate to be the guy on the stilts, LARPer's don't always think about what happens when you lose your balance. If some one answered this already I will repeat it, the reason you hear a number, such as: "ONE" or "EIGHT " or what ever, is due to that system of damage tracking, its not always easy to keep track of what you give and take, but if you have 40 hit points chances are if you hear 8 five times... your dead.
