Has anyone noticed that the Texas police officer's name is Gary Edwards but the Iowa police officer that is interviewed in this episode is mistaken labeled as "Gary Edwards" I never noticed that mistake until now. Wow! Well, mistakes happen though...
This guy has balls, stealing the money right in the middle of work, broad daylight and with a building full of other staff walking around. Just watching this video made me a little nervous. I thought he would of been seen for sure but then he would of talked himself out of it, or something along those lines.
"he had been reported by the staff that he had been seen in front the safe with a box measuring how much money he can fit in a box and how many boxes it would take to get his goal of $1,000,000" lol
@matt888444 I love everything he did except abandoning his kids. I can see his wife, being a beeatch when he doesnt get a promotion. So he probably doesnt miss her. But the kids. Whoa, that had to be tough.
@tellurye I am one of the kids he left. And mom wasn't a "beeatch". Didn't really need him to get the promotion, the family was well off already, he just felt like he needed to prove he was smart enough to get away with something like this.
@jazzmandb Well I am his wife. What on earth are you doing watching this? I didn't want you to know that your dad was a crook! Get the hell off of here and go to bed.
@jazzmandb My condolences. I cant imagine what you must feel. But it sounds like you know he just did it - I was wondering, you know how kids are young and folks get a divorce, then the kid thinks its because of him. Did you or your sibling feel that way. Sounds like you dont now, which you shouldnt. Do you talk to him? If you dont want to talk, np, none of my business anyway, just my condolences to you.
@jazzmandb and I hope you know I wasnt calling your mom a beeatch. I meant to write 'I can see if she was a beeatch...' so I apologize if you took it like I was blaming the mom. Sorry. Again, my prayers to you, and sounds like you are a strong person and hasnt effected you in a negative way. I know some folks would use this as an excuse to commit crimes or lash out or something.
@tellurye He sent birthday cards growing up and I sent one letter but when he got out of prison and asked to see us we all decided not to and we haven't heard from him since
@tellurye yeah, sorry, saw it and reacted too quickly... mom's been crazy strong through everything. I was only 7 months old so don't remember him and never met him so it's more like just a story to me. It was significantly harder on my older brother and sister who loved/looked up to him. Plus they went through a ton of crap at school about people saying "better not trust those Hadley's" and stuff like that. But I think our family is a lot closer because of it.
4:24 .... lol that is the dumbest face ive ever seen! No wonder he thought he'd get away with it!

Very few people use money reasonably once they have it.
