Eccentric circles, also has another type of use, its called stereophotography...it's where two similar pictures are taken, side by side with each other, and as you cross your eyes, looking at the photos, and bring the two pictures together and make a middle 3rd one, it becomes like 3-D. just google "stereo photography"

my daughter (11) has ambpliopia we have found when she tries this the 3 circle flashes in and out, Wondering if she can still regain that sight???
