I personally find the ArcelorMittal Orbit quite hideous....

that said the Great French Novelist Victor Hugo petitioned against the Eiffel Tower's construction more or less calling the design garbage....Today it's the French Capital's landmark....

So well, we might not like it now, but who knows, we might eventually start liking it .....with time....a lot of time...
