You do have a good point. but by "hardly 10% were Nazis", I mean that was the 10% of Germans who were actually part of the Nazi party. There were plenty of Germans who weren't Nazis but still liked the idea of progression, just like how even a lot of non-liberals sided with Obama in the last US election.

And it was always hard to believe for me that a whole nation is wrong anyway.

The Germans are good neighbours to me, never had any problems there, and I'm a lot there, 5 to 6 days a week.

Its not as easy as just removing them. You should do some serious reading on history. Sure plenty of people were anti nazi, and many tried to remove him but his bodygaurd was too powerful.

I recommend you educate yourself, check out Hitlers Bodygaurd and learn why knowone had any choice but to do what they were told.

Also this "90%" of none nazis, they were drafted under national conscription. Just as the allied nations did with their troops. Again I would take some time to read up.

OberleutnantFalke below is right, only a very small percentage were party members. The bulk of german forces were non political, e.g. not National Socalists (nazi to you), and were called the Wermacht.

I read more about it than you will ever know.

And it is easy to remove them, look what happened in Rumania, to give an example. When some people have the guts to start, the non politicals in the army won't shoot at them. Only the so called elite, in Rumania the Securitate and that would have been the Schutz Staffel (SS to you) in Germany.
