Can someone from Mitch's people tell me if this actually means that my child will go to kindergarten tuition free?!?! There seems to be some confusion on the matter and Spring Mill is saying that what Mitch said only adds up to about $20 per student (tuition is $2350).

We need to raise test scores, GPAs and attendance, not spending.
