I would but it but i would texture over that wall paper and i would paint it white and then i would put wood flooring and replace the metal siding with T-111 wood siding! And put real doors on it and get rid of those crappy mobile home doors!
Needs vinyl siding, nice carpet, ceiling fan needs lights, great stove and dishwasher, nice master bathroom, walls need to be white, nice wall paper in the front bedroom. Bay windows are awesome.
its only 900 down and 335/mo for 5 yrs. It doesn't have to be cash for the down - we just had a couple trade in a vacant lot they didn't use, so we took that in as a trade. Just call and we can talk about what you have.
