This video really helped me understand the steps needed to complete the process. There are so many details regarding self directed ira accounts. Nafep's video is like the self directed ira for dummies! I'm trying to focus on my retirement.

I am excited to learn more about how to use this to invest in real estate. As I understand you can also use a self directed ira to buy a business. I wish I would have know about this a few years ago. Nafep rocks!
