use apple cider vinegar. I once tried to make this with white wine vinegar instead because I had forgotten to get apple cider vinegar at the store. I mean it's edible, but you have to use three times as much water and even then it's very sharp-tasting and a bit strong. Just some friendly advice. :)

@sukafreecity just use red wine vinegar thats is red already you can add vegetables just make them steamed a bit so they arnt hard and just mix threw the sauce and vegetables at the end before you put it on your pork

Made this last night for the family. It took a bit of tweaking but was awesome. The breading on this is superb, the best I've ever done for a deep fry. 1/2 cub of vinegar is a bit much though. I cut it down to 1/3 cup. Everyone is requesting I make it again tonight.
