  • You are watching cause you cant eat it , Your fat HAHA

  • too cock one day he will lose one

  • wow u made it look sooo easy!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you since i loovvvvvveeee sweet and sour pork!!!

  • what kind of vinegar did u use? the vinegar that i kno comes out clear like water, in the video, ur vinegar has a color to it

  • @cmsathm red vinegar, should be able to find them in chinese markets pretty easily

  • This chef is a dickhead

  • don;t tell me your kitchen does, not have cockroaches, look at your stove top. it filthy .

Your kitchen is filthy. scrub your stove and sanitize your eqiupment,my god man, are you trying too make yoru self ill.. my god..

  • ty for the vids!!!!!!!!

  • I thought he chop off his fringer

  • i totally thought he chopped off his finger..

  • It always amazes me when I see a "FILTHY" stove, during a cooking demonstration. This recipe is very basic, and not worth trying. When you get Sweet and Sour pork in a restaurant, it has pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, ginger and garlic......AT A MINIMUM. Go back to school Kai, and learn how to make a Sweet and Sour pork worth the cooking time, for a true enjoyment. BTW....Clean Your Stove!!!!!

  • @Grammy7949

if you have nothing good to say shut the hell up! He has taken the time to show the basics of the recipe so instead of scrutinizing others for sharing their recipes, how about you do something productive....like they say it's either your part of the problem or part of the solution, and right now your a problem! miserable ass..lol

  • Do you let the sauce cool longer or do I add something to make it thicker?

  • Go to the food network site, and try Alton Browns recipe for Sweet and Sour Pork!

  • could I use this same exact recipe for a different meat like chicken or beef

  • @freddyGjr518 Yeah chicken would work. But don't use beef, because it won't cook fully when you deep fry it.

  • @TheUFCnetwork good point thanks

  • Wax on Wax off!! haha You are the Man

  • hmong knife lol

  • You Are Awesome!

  • i made those before.but it was easy to make

  • is this also 4 sweet n sour chicken?

  • why am i watching this while im on a diet

  • @vandreadify Oh... same here

  • @vandreadify it's the only time we're interested...lol

  • @vandreadify Dude, I'm doin' the same thing. haha For some reason, watching it helps me deal with the fact that I can't eat it! haha Good call!

  • @vandreadify don't

  • I tasted sweet sour sauce, added more sugar about 2 tbsp.s and it was yummy!!!! I also stir fried some broccoli and carrots and add white sushi rice!!!! That is a must try!!! :D

  • Just made this exactly to your reciepe and it was awesome! Came out perfect! Sweet sour sauce was just like restaraunt quality Thank you for sharing!

  • Kai, I'm East Indian and learning to cook Chinese/Thai cuisine. I'm learning a lot from you guy. All I can is THANK YOU KAI. People like you make the world a better place to live in. Thank you sir.

  • What is that at 0:03? I wanna make that.

  • you are crazy man..scared me!!

  • Yes, very nice. Only thing I did different was chopping up the pork in a less dramatic fashion...

  • Not only is this the most delicious and easiest S&S Pork recipe online (I've tried many, including ones you have to simmer for an hour), it also got me some action tonight :) Thank you so much!

  • i tried to make something like this today but with a different recepie, and i used pineapple juice and rice wine and soy sauce and cornflour, but it tasted really bad :0.....

  • its a great show! thank you!

  • Man, all those comments on pigs made me really sad T.T

  • wheres the eggroll

  • Love this food

  • Thank you

  • What kind of vinegar is that? Looks too dark/red to be apple cider, rice, or white.

  • use apple cider vinegar. I once tried to make this with white wine vinegar instead because I had forgotten to get apple cider vinegar at the store. I mean it's edible, but you have to use three times as much water and even then it's very sharp-tasting and a bit strong. Just some friendly advice. :)

  • what is all purpose powder?

  • @idunno4got

All-purpose FLOUR. You can buy it at any typical grocery store: It'll even say "All-Purpose Flour" on the bag.

  • @idunno4got

All-purpose flour is what we call plain flour here is Australia. I think you called it the same in NZ.

  • Nǐ zuò hǎo de shíwù, yōuxiù tā dì měiwèi!!!!!

  • Someone please shoot me for spending THOUSANDS of dollars on this sh*t over the years!!!!

  • @javaup09 Done! hahaha

  • 2:57 vinegar or your epor cinder will be best fine?

  • i cant see your face but you sound like jackie chan ;D

  • YUM i made it food orgy

  • OMG, I made this today it was hard work but it was sooo *delicious*

    ~*{@.@}*~

  • I gotta say the meal look's great & easy to cook..but it doesn't look like the same deal that i eat @ the Chinese restaurants.Do u add red food coloring and vegetables?Or is this a traditional way of cooking it?

  • @sukafreecity just use red wine vinegar thats is red already you can add vegetables just make them steamed a bit so they arnt hard and just mix threw the sauce and vegetables at the end before you put it on your pork

  • @timp01081995 the red color is created by ketchup/ Tomato sauce not the vineger ^^

  • @TheRivalConcept

o.0 there is no ketchup in there.....

  • what kind of vinegar is that?

  • @Supertomiman red wine vinegar

  • I swear to god i heard a sick song coming along from that chopping board

  • this might combine well with stirfried broccoli and carrot,

    yum :)

    will try tonite

  • why your vinegar is red? what is the name of your vinegar?

  • great recipe... Thanks :0)

  • @firelilly08

  • that knife is scary! my mom uses those....

  • I made this tonight and I wouldnt know the difference from this recipe and a chinese restaurant. Kai is the shit in the kitchen. (thats a compliment)

  • @dudeman1109 lol

  • Made this last night for the family. It took a bit of tweaking but was awesome. The breading on this is superb, the best I've ever done for a deep fry. 1/2 cub of vinegar is a bit much though. I cut it down to 1/3 cup. Everyone is requesting I make it again tonight.

  • what is red vinegar?

and what can be used as supstitusion?

  • I think he meant red wine vinegar. You can find it in any grocery store.

  • he said apple cider vinegar would work as well

  • G,day there mate. I made this to the exact ingredience you have My family was very happy, looks like i will be makeing more in the future. 5 stars from my Family Cheers :)

  • can we use chicken instead of pork?

  • Yeah, I would think so. That is just my opinion. I don't have any pork in the fridge now, but I do have chcken,... so I was thinking to use Chicken in this recipe myself today.

  • you can make it without maeat if you like. chinese dishes are all in improvising

  • KAI..alot of people is on diet..I notice your recipe is mostly fried....can you do a healthy recipe for our over weigh peoples..thanks.

  • u can try to eat less and workout.. how about that, have you ever though about it PreludeSi91. if you do then you have no worry about what you eat....

  • You do know that if you deep fry things correctly it won't matter, right?

A serving of lean deep fried meat (chicken, pork, fish, or beef) usually contains no more than 2 tablespoons of oil. You can even use light olive oil for deep frying if you're really paranoid.
