The carbonation is probably wasted in the blending process. You should probably mix it in gently by hand after. Especially after the olive oil, I'd think the oil would help hold the carbonation in.
@littlehot: Safron is a kinda muy expensive flower which is used as a spice. safflower can be used as substitute. Tomatilloes are a very tomato looking but green colored vegetable. They are NOT tomatoes, but can be used like them. They have papery husk on the tomato like fruit. You can probably find them in your super market. Just ask someone to show them to you. Do a search here on Youtube & you'll find some dope on them.
