For anyone wanting to know what this video is(Without reading idiotic statements by others), it's a video about unlocking the glitched hidden code in the arcade version of SFIII: Third Strike. Apparently Shin Gouki/Akuma was going to be in the game but was cut out at the last minute. The emulator is a CPS3 emulator by the guys who created Nebula(an arcade emulator). Mame(a more popular arcade emulator) is also now capable of doing this(With even more cheats/glitches). Thank you.

Street Fighter 2 and 4 may be "Hadoken" spam-fests, but if you've played Third Strike or knew anything about the game, you'd know it's not about Hadoken spamming. Hell, Hadoukens are almost worthless in Third Strike. You may think this game is shit and that's great, but it's probably one of the best fighting games ever released even if you don't think so. It's a hell of a lot better than SNK, that's for sure.

Nope, he DID appear in 3rd Strike but only on the arcade ports of 3rd Strike....hes what they called an, "Incomplete" character because they never really finished him or whatever.

He's inaccessible without cheating or using an emulator and some of his moves don't work. There is no way of using him in normal play in any release of the game.

A character is not "in the game" if you have to go digging on a computer to actually use it.

No hes using CPS3 emulator by Nebula, however your wrong, You can play as Gill in MAME32 at least, as MAME 32 has a built in cheat engine, when you get a MAME compatible rom of SF3 TS, there is an option to use shin gouki, gill, etc, etc
